Candidates for the American Cancer Society’s Associate Board of Ambassadors (Alaska) are highly ambitious young professionals and students looking to make an impact in their community. They share a passion for helping lead the fight for a world without cancer.

Membership at a Glance

1. Serve as a community ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s mission and programs through recruitment, social media, and more

2. Commit to an individual fundraising minimum of $1,000 annual give/get

3. Participate on an ABOA committee to accomplish group fundraising goals

4. Purchase a ticket or volunteer at Taps & Apps

5. Active involvement including attending ABOA meetings and committee meetings

6. Strive to volunteer for at least one other American Cancer Society event each year
